My initial efforts to change my lifestyle was acomplete disaster. The worst part is that I have everything I need except for consistency and determination.

I bought a new pair of running shoes but I am still not running everyday. My excuse is that I don't have a running partner or group (lame).

My friend let me borrow her boxing gloves which she doesn't use anymore yet I've only boxed twice. (Okay, there may be a valid reason for this. Having a boxing instructor can be a bit pricey.)

A few weeks ago, I dug some old Hip Hop abs videos from my laptop. It's fun but how come I feel so lazy to do it?

What the heck do I need to get the ball rolling?

Today my dad was fixing my sister's bike and that's when I realized - that's it! I should try biking. It's good cardio plus will give me and my little sister some good bonding time. We biked around the village for an hour. I figured I could do this everyday!

Now we'll see if I can follow through this time.
